As always, an excellent experience. I was told in advance the cost of the repairs if I chose to go ahead with them. I was told how long repairs would take & offered a vehicle to use while mine was being fixed. I was sent pictures of items that needed repair/replacement along with an explanation. Bret & the technician kept me informed during the whole process. No complaints. Have used Tri City Subaru for approximately the last 10 yrs & have never had a bad experience.

I knew I was going to be wanting a new Forester and saw that Tri-City had a CPO 2025 Forester Sport for almost 6K off the sticker. We met with salesman Anthony who showed us the vehicle and test drive it. We traded our 2021 Crosstek Limited. They gave us a great price, especially where I had already done my homework (knowing what my vehicle was worth). The transaction from walking into the dealership to the financing (which we plan to pay off in 3 months) of the vehicle were quick and smooth without any pressure or stress. Delivery of our new 2025 Forester Sport happened the following day. Anthony is the man to see if you plan on buying a new vehicle here at Tri-City Subaru. His knowledge was a 10 out of 10.

Have had 2 experiences with TriCity. One was an oil change and one was a annual inspection. Both were excellent. Waiting area is comfortable. If you don't like waiting a while, definitely choose the 1st appointment in the morning. I really appreciated how the advisor brought my car right up to the service door when ready. It was pouring rain and 38 so I didn't have to get soaked. Nice gesture.

Estimated wait times seem reasonable and frequently shorter than anticipated. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Snacks are available as is a restroom. Customer service is definitely a 10!
